6-18-08: My newly found green thumb

Now that the weather is nice, I've developed yet another new hobby - playing in the garden. Here's some shots of the results so far...

This is my herb garden with parsley, sage, (no rosemary - those plants already died, oops...), cilantro, mint (that's the one in the green pot), marjoram, tarragon, oregano, lavender, and dill plus two tomato plants and an eggplant plant.

This is our "main" garden in the side yard. In addition to the great big purple poofs (alliums) and peonies, we have 8 pepper plants, 4 cucumbers, and 4 different kinds of pumpkins (regular sized orange & white plus mini orange & white)

Here's another shot of the purple poofs.

Your grandfather Buczek would be very proud of your gardens. They're coming along nicely.

Karin I am very impressed with your green thumb! Everything looks great. Hopefully someday I'll get to see it in person! Love, Cara
