8-15-08: Happy Birthday Adam!

Last Friday was my wonderful husband's birthday. For months he's been saying he wants a tank cake - so here's my attempt. Not quite ready to challenge Ace of Cakes (one of our favorite shows), but not a bad start, I think.

8-1-08: Happy Birthday Kirah!

Today is our niece Kirah's first birthday. Happy Birthday Kirah!!!

Last weekend Adam and I tagged along on her first trip to the beach - we went to one of the "beaches" (hard for me to call it a beach when we're 300+ miles from the ocean) on the Snake River south of Lewiston on the Washington side.


I miss the waves, salt water, etc. - but had a great time and couldn't beat the company! (Although there's no way I'll be posting beach pics of me...)
